Job Vacancy 1 : Finance Executive - Accounts Payable


 Job Description:

To ensure cashflow, payables transactions, payments and related reconciliations are managed effectively. The role is also expected to support the Finance managers to review the Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets of the company and its subsidiaries and work with other departments on stock take verification.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Ensure all trade and non-trade payables transactions are recorded in the financial systems accurately and on a timely basis, and invoices are verified and approved properly.
  2. Ensure trade and non-trade payables balances are properly reconciled on a monthly basis, reviewed and cleared as necessary.
  3. An understanding of withholding tax is an advantage as this position needs to understand the withholding tax to be held back upon payment to non-resident companies and thereafter to remit tax withheld to the tax authorities on a timely manner
  4. Assist Finance managers on cash flow management by updating cash flows and managing payments as planned.
  5. Assist the Finance managers to implement appropriate controls over procure to pay, and ensure proper processes are in place.      
  6. Assist the Finance Managers to ensure month end and year end close are carried out on a timely basis.
  7. Assist the Finance Managers to review all Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts and ensure all balances are current and relevant.
  8. Work with other departments on stock take and Fixed Assets verification.
  9. To perform all other ad-hoc requests and tasks as necessary

 Knowledge and skills

  1. A degree in accounting or pursuing qualification in ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  4. Pro-active and able to initiate action



Job Vacancy 2 : Java Developer


Team: Research and development

We deals with the creation of new products and the development of existing ones. One of our proprietary solutions is PSIasm - the only production management platform that combines the functions of Advanced Production Scheduling (APS), Production Process Control (SCADA) and Production Execution Monitoring (MES).  

Apart from providing solution to our customer, our team is working on our own platform that forms the basis for all commercial products supplied by PSI around the world. This platform is based on the client side on JavaFX (Desktop) and Angular (Web / Mobile), and on the server side on the standards related to Java EE. The company also implements various ideas aimed at building advanced competences among employees, an example of which is employee participation in the development of the WildFly application server within working hours.

·        Development and software development of new products, supporting the autonomy of business processes in terms of NRT ("near real-time")

·        Advanced projects, taking up the challenges of the upcoming industrial revolution in the area of ​​production, logistics and utilities

·        Works related to the maintenance and development of the PSI platform on the server side, desktop and mobile application (also GUI)

·        Supporting the migration of individual projects to the new software version

·        Knowledge of issues related to distributed systems
