Job Description -

The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible to create business opportunities for the Company in the target sectors / areas where company is not active or not having much business and existing business sectors. He is jointly responsible with Sales Team for meeting the order intake annual budget of the Company. He is also responsible for meeting the Goals / KPI set out by the Management.

 He will need to understand the competitive dynamics of the business to exploit opportunities to increase order intake and to grow the business by actively identifying new clients in the target sectors. He shall jointly with the GM for Business Development lead client-relationship management and maintains excellent business relationship with the existing and prospective customers. Key Responsibilities -

  • Design and deliver the engineering drawings/documents on time for various projects.

  • Lead a team of System Engineers and ensure the project deliverables on time.

Job Vacancy 11: Accounts Payable Executive (Temporary)

Accounts Payable Executive - Temporary Staff (16 Nov 2022 - 15 May 2022)

Job Purpose: To be accountable for accounts Payable, review and ensure inventory is properly stated; review and submit indirect taxes returns such as withholding taxes, SST returns, and VAT returns to tax authorities;

Principal Accountabilities -

  • To record all trade and non-trade payables transactions in the financial systems accurately and on a timely basis, and ensure invoices are verified and approved properly.
  • Ensure trade and non-trade payables balances are properly reconciled quarterly, reviewed and cleared as necessary.
  • To  create and maintain Accounts payable master data in the accounting system, Exact.
  • To upload GRN and GTN via XML into Exact, account for unplanned inventories and inventory adjustments and ensure inventories are properly stated.
  • Review inventories - monthly movement report, excess inventory & turnover, inventory write off.
  • Responsible to review and submit indirect tax returns to tax authorities on a timely basis. These include withholding taxes, SST Returns  and VAT Returns . Knowledge of indirect taxes is crucial.
  • Assist the Finance Managers to ensure month end and year end close are carried out on a timely basis. This will include bank recon, review month end balance of GL accounts, forex reclass, loan interest charge.
  • Assist Finance Manager on quarterly report submission to Holding Company, PSI Software AG.
  • Ensure petty cash is recorded and disbursed to custodians on timely manner. 
  • Work with other departments on stock take verification.
  • To perform all other ad-hoc requests and tasks as necessary

Knowledge and skills -

  • A degree in accounting or pursuing qualification in ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
