Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire finance functions and support business growth & operational needs.
• Review the Group’s structure to ensure tax efficiency, formulate and implement strategic planning, business advisory, and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors and other regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with European parent company for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting in accordance with IFRS and commercial guidelines of parent company.
• To study, analyse and report on trends, opportunities for business expansion and projection of future growth of the Group.
• Develop and implement financial reporting control policies & procedures.
• To establish Group’s business financial strategy and ensuring sound financial management.
• Formulate, review and implement internal control and risk management policies.
• To advice the Board of Directors on all financial matters.
• Attend regular phone conferences with management of company and European parent company
• The position reports to the company’s MD and has a dotted reporting line to the European parent company.
• Manage the legal aspects pertaining to corporate matters, project delays and debt recovery.

Qualification Criteria

• Qualified accountant with a professional qualification either in ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent.
• With10 years of related working experience in well-established organizations and multinational corporations.
• Preferably practical experience in a project and manufacturing business
• Sound knowledge of current accounting practices (local GAAP and IFRS)
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to motivate teams to produce quality output within tight timeframes.
• Meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, good business acumen and result oriented.
• Possess a sense of urgency, able to work independently.

Job Description -

The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible to create business opportunities for the Company in the target sectors / areas where company is not active or not having much business and existing business sectors. He is jointly responsible with Sales Team for meeting the order intake annual budget of the Company. He is also responsible for meeting the Goals / KPI set out by the Management.

 He will need to understand the competitive dynamics of the business to exploit opportunities to increase order intake and to grow the business by actively identifying new clients in the target sectors. He shall jointly with the GM for Business Development lead client-relationship management and maintains excellent business relationship with the existing and prospective customers. He will be responsible to track new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products, solutions and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships, writes business development proposals and plans, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements. He should be always in the learning mode to understand the requirements of any new identified sectors.

Job Vacancy 5: Senior Design Engineer (CRP)

Location: PSI HQ, Sungai Buloh

Key Responsibilities -

• Design and deliver the engineering drawings/documents on time for various projects.
• Work on Projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
• Lead a team of System Engineers and ensure the project deliverables on time.
• Understand the customer Specification/Technical requirements and develop the design.
• Self-check the design and ensure that the design is as per customer requirements and meet all standards as per customer Specification
• Review the design done by team members and ensure that the design is as per customer requirements
• Submit the design for supervisor review and make modifications as suggested.
• Solve any design issues and attend the meeting with customer/Main con/TNB.
• Ensure the release the manufacturing documents/PR etc. done in time for the projects being handled.
• Attend the KOM/design review meeting pertaining to projects with various customer /Main Con.

  • Cable interconnection Diagrams and connection terminal interconnection schedules.
  • Preparation of Relay setting calculations & Relay Configurations for various types of IED Relays for different make/manufacture.
  • Prepare the IO List for SAS/SCADA Supervisory Interface
  • IEC 61850 implementation

Responsible to: General Manager, Site Support & Testing

Relationship: Works closely with Managers, Testing Engineer, Testing Technicians and Manufacturing Team to ensure the panel is manufactured and tested and functioning properly.

General Description: Responsible for testing and commissioning work, guiding and advising Testing Technicians, site technical support, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and preparation of testing and FAT documentation.
